How does local pickup work?
Same day or next day local pick up in the St Kilda area in Melbourne’s inner south is available depending on your order time.
If on the cart page for shipping select ‘Local pickup St Kilda area’. Or, if on the checkout page deactivate ‘Deliver to a different address’ and ensure for shipping ‘Local pickup St Kilda area’ is selected.
After placing your order you’ll receive a call or SMS to confirm a collection time. Collection is from Melbourne’s St Kilda East area, with the address provided at confirmation, or as otherwise agreed.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we can gift wrap your order at no cost to you.

- At the top of the checkout page tick the box next to “Send as a gift”.
- A text box will then appear when you can add a message. If you don’t want a message just type in “No message”.
- Click the black “Add Gift Wrap” button underneath the text box to add it to your order.
- All the products in your order will be wrapped together and posted.
Remember – make sure the shipping address you provide is for the person receiving the gift. They will need to sign for the parcel.
Delivery
We post free in Australia, and internationally for a low $20 flat fee to everywhere except Antarctica. Signature on delivery is required. Items are shipped within one or two business days after ordering.
Do you deliver to a post office box? Yes!
What is my tracking number? After your order is posted you will be emailed a tracking number and link.
Australian orders: Sent by Express Post. Learn more about Australia Post domestic delivery times.
International orders: Sent by Australia Post’s International Economy Air service. Learn more about Australia Post international delivery times. You may be required to pay additional duties and taxes as required by your local customs office before your package will be released to you. Check with your local post office or customs website prior to ordering.
On the cart page page shipping may default to Australia. Simply click ‘Change address’ to update it to your international country and shipping city. Add your full address details on the checkout page.
Notes on size, weights and necklaces

- On the product page click ‘Additional Information’ to see size and weight.
- Item weights are approximate.
- Necklace dimensions refers to their packed size, not actual length.
- Necklaces are sold separately, unless stated specifically on a product page that a necklace is included with a pendant.
Returns and exchanges
Ninety Mile Design jewellery is handcrafted and each piece is unique. Items have small imperfections – these are not faults and are what makes each piece special.
A lot of time, care and love goes into each piece so a refund, exchange or credit note cannot be provided if:

- You change your mind
- You order the wrong product or wrong quantity by mistake
- You found the same product cheaper elsewhere
- You found a product you think is better elsewhere
- You were aware of the issue before buying the product – for example, if it was shown in any photos or descriptions in the item’s product page
- If the item is broken due to misuse
- If the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
Contact us to discuss whether a refund, repair or replacement may be appropriate, according to Australian Consumer Law relating to refunds, repairs and returns.
Payment options
Payment can be made with any Australian-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe and chip credit and debit cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logo. Transactions are securely processed by Square in Australian dollars.

Privacy Policy
Information we collect from you may be used to process transactions, improve our customer service, respond to enquiries, and to send periodic emails (if you sign up to receive them when creating an account or making a purchase). Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service.
Information entered into the contact form may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
A variety of security measures are used to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information, including a secure server.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
